Player economyQuick answers
Earn Grist through approved server activities such as supported resource sales, objectives, player trading and reward systems when their current interface lists Grist.
Spend Grist on useful progression rather than emptying your balance at once; compare current server prices and keep a reserve for future trades or goals.
Protected player trading lets Grist move between players for items and services, but you should verify the recipient, amount and agreed terms before confirming.

Grist is SkaiaCraft’s main everyday currency. It connects survival activity to Custom Villagers, player trading, selected rewards and progression costs.
It is more common than Rare Item Tokens but remains valuable because prices and sinks are designed around long-term server health.
Do not accept renamed substitutes, unofficial currency items or deals that require dropping valuables on the ground.
Report duplicated currency, impossible balances and broken reward loops privately. Staff may reverse gains connected to exploits or pricing errors.
Static price lists age badly on a persistent SMP. Farms become easier, progression changes and new sinks alter what a fair exchange looks like. The live trader interface is therefore more important than an old screenshot or Discord message.
A strong economy route uses several sources of value. If every player is pushed toward the same single farm, both server performance and the value of that resource can suffer.
Player trading gives resources and services a market value beyond server-managed villagers. Large deals are safest when both players agree on the exact items, quantities and payment before anything changes hands.
A useful way to value Grist is to compare the purchase against time saved, replacement difficulty and whether the purchase creates permanent progression. Expensive does not automatically mean bad value, and cheap does not automatically mean useful.
The current in-game menu is the price authority. Wiki examples explain the system, not a permanent price list.
