The rules that apply when using SkaiaCraft accounts, community features, website services and the Minecraft server.
Policy information
These Terms of Service govern access to the SkaiaCraft website, community features, account services and Minecraft server services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any server rules that apply to the feature you are using.
SkaiaCraft is an independently operated community server. It is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authentication methods secure. Do not share passwords, recovery codes or two-factor authentication secrets.
Minecraft and Discord linking is used to connect website actions to the correct player or community identity. You must only link accounts you are authorised to control and must keep linked information accurate.
If you are under 18, you should use paid SkaiaCraft services only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Anyone placing a paid order must be authorised to use the selected payment method.
The server rules, forum rules and moderation policies form part of the conditions for participating in SkaiaCraft community spaces. You must not use the service for fraud, harassment, abusive conduct, illegal activity, unauthorised access, malware, payment abuse, exploitation or attempts to bypass moderation or security controls.
Moderation actions can include content removal, account restrictions, temporary suspensions or permanent bans where reasonably necessary to protect the service or community.
You retain ownership of original content you create. By posting content to SkaiaCraft, you give SkaiaCraft a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and technically process that content as needed to provide and moderate the service.
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use. We may remove content that violates law, third-party rights, server rules or these terms.
Real-money purchases are governed by the SkaiaStore Terms of Sale, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Fulfilment and Delivery Policy in addition to these Terms of Service.
Purchases do not provide staff authority, immunity from moderation or ownership of SkaiaCraft systems, software, worlds or infrastructure.
We aim to keep SkaiaCraft available and reliable, but maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, game updates and other events can interrupt access. We may update features, balancing, permissions or technical systems where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve the service.
Changes to a paid product do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SkaiaCraft branding, original website code, original plugins and original written or visual material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft and their related names, assets and rights belong to their respective owners.

Public access to a SkaiaCraft webpage does not place SkaiaCraft's original website code, layout, design, branding, written material or other original site content into the public domain. Except where permission is expressly given, you may not use automated tools or manual bulk-copying methods to reproduce, mirror, republish, repackage or create a substantially similar copy of the SkaiaCraft website or project materials.
Ordinary personal browsing, linking, quotation permitted by law, and general-purpose search-engine indexing that respects published access controls are not prohibited by this section. If you want to archive, reproduce, redistribute or reuse a substantial part of SkaiaCraft's original site materials, request permission first.
This section does not claim ownership of Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Homestuck, third-party trademarks or assets, or original user content that remains owned by its author.
Some features depend on third-party services such as Tebex, Discord, email delivery providers, hosting providers and Minecraft-related services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact with them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, SkaiaCraft is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, losses caused by events outside reasonable control, or losses arising from misuse of the service.
These terms are intended to be read fairly and transparently. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
We may update these terms when the service, law, payment requirements or platform rules change. Material changes will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Terms accepted for a completed SkaiaStore order are versioned separately for that order.
