How SkaiaCraft handles account, community, security and purchase information, including data processed through Stripe Checkout.
Policy information
This policy explains how personal information is processed by the SkaiaCraft website and directly operated community and Minecraft services. Store checkout and payment processing are handled through Tebex under its own terms and privacy notice.
Store checkout and payment entry are handled through Tebex and its supported payment providers. Tebex processes payment information under its own privacy terms. SkaiaCraft receives only the transaction and fulfilment information needed to provide purchased entitlements, reconcile delivery and support purchase issues; it does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we expect the relevant provider or transfer mechanism to provide those safeguards.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, account operation, security, moderation, backups, payment disputes and legal or accounting obligations. Different record types have different retention needs. Store, payment, refund and fraud records may need to be kept after an account closes where required for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes.
We periodically review data that no longer has an operational, legal or security purpose and should delete or anonymise it when appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights can have legal exceptions.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed.
SkaiaCraft uses automated controls such as rate limits, replay protection, fraud checks and security rules. These controls protect accounts and transactions. Where a security control blocks a legitimate action, contact support so it can be reviewed.
SkaiaCraft is a gaming community that may be used by younger players. Paid purchases by anyone under 18 should be made with a parent or legal guardian's knowledge and permission. We do not knowingly ask children to provide payment-card details directly to SkaiaCraft.
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect account and transaction data, including secure authentication, access controls and encrypted transport. Payment entry is handled through Tebex rather than being collected directly by SkaiaCraft. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be shown with a revised effective date.
