The terms that apply when purchasing supporter ranks and other real-money digital entitlements for SkaiaCraft.
Policy information
SkaiaStore sells digital entitlements for the SkaiaCraft Minecraft server, such as supporter ranks and the specific benefits described on each product page. The product description, recipient, currency, discounts and final price shown immediately before payment form part of the order.
SkaiaCraft operates the server to which these entitlements apply. Vote Points are earned through voting rather than sold for real money. Vote Points, Grist and other server currencies or credits have no cash value, cannot be cashed out and are not represented as financial products or investments.
SkaiaCraft provides support for the Minecraft products, account linking and in-game entitlements described by the store. Store questions, delivery issues and entitlement problems should be sent through SkaiaCraft Support.
Store checkout and payment processing are handled through Tebex. Tebex may apply its own checkout terms, supported payment methods and fraud-prevention requirements.
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Any applicable tax calculated by the checkout is included in the final amount presented for payment. No optional charge is added without the customer's active choice.
Promotions, sale prices and upgrade credits apply only under the conditions shown when the order is placed.
Checkout and payment processing are provided through Tebex. SkaiaCraft does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. A purchase is not treated as completed only because the browser reaches a success page; fulfilment is authorised after the store receives a verified payment or fulfilment event through Tebex.
The customer must review the recipient, product contents and total price before proceeding. Tebex may also present checkout terms or payment-provider requirements that apply to the transaction.
SkaiaStore products are digital entitlements. Before checkout, the purchaser may be asked to request digital delivery and acknowledge the effect that beginning digital supply can have on any statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not remove rights where digital content or services are faulty, materially misdescribed, not supplied, or where another right cannot lawfully be excluded. Unfulfilled orders may be cancelled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
After confirmed payment, eligible products are placed into SkaiaCraft's secure delivery queue for the Minecraft UUID and, where relevant, Discord account associated with the purchase. Delivery normally starts automatically, but can be delayed by maintenance, account-link problems, scheduled gift dates or service availability.
The account or store interface may record payment and fulfilment state. If SkaiaCraft cannot supply the purchased entitlement within the period required by law or an agreed delivery time, the purchaser can contact support for an appropriate remedy or refund.
Gift purchases are delivered to the linked account selected before payment. The purchaser is responsible for entering the intended recipient. Scheduled gifts may be cancelled before delivery in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A refund or payment reversal may require removal of the corresponding entitlement from the gift recipient.
Supporter ranks do not grant staff authority, ownership rights or immunity from server rules. Rank benefits are limited to the product description and live server configuration and must remain compatible with applicable Minecraft rules and law.
If a platform rule, security requirement or legal obligation requires a paid entitlement to be changed or withdrawn, SkaiaCraft will handle affected purchases fairly and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are handled through Tebex and the original payment route where supported. A full refund, chargeback or payment reversal may revoke entitlements funded by that payment.
Customers remain free to use Tebex-supported payment or legal dispute rights. Contacting SkaiaCraft Support first can often resolve delivery or entitlement issues more quickly.
Purchasing a product does not prevent normal moderation. A later suspension or ban for a separate rules violation does not by itself mean that a correctly supplied digital product was faulty, but this does not remove any statutory right that applies to the purchase itself.
Unauthorised payments, deliberate duplicate-delivery exploitation, false payment claims, manipulation of checkout callbacks or other fraud may result in order cancellation, entitlement revocation, account restrictions and preservation of records needed for security, disputes or legal obligations.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms version recorded for a purchase applies together with the product and price information presented for that transaction.
Future catalogue or policy changes do not silently rewrite a completed purchase.
