Fulfilment & Delivery Policy

1. Digital-only fulfilment

SkaiaStore does not ship physical goods. Store products are digital entitlements delivered to SkaiaCraft-linked accounts. There are no shipping charges or physical delivery destinations.

2. Normal delivery process

After a verified Tebex payment or fulfilment event confirms the purchase, SkaiaCraft places eligible entitlements into its secure delivery queue. Delivery is tied to the Minecraft UUID and other linked identity information associated with the purchase and normally begins automatically shortly after confirmation.

3. Delivery prerequisites

• The recipient must have the required SkaiaCraft account and Minecraft link.
• Products containing Discord benefits require the relevant linked Discord account.
• The Minecraft server and delivery bridge must be available to process the entitlement.
• Scheduled gifts are held until their selected delivery time.

4. Delays and failures

Maintenance, outages, account-link conflicts, anti-fraud review or third-party service failures can delay fulfilment. Failed automatic delivery is retained for support or staff review rather than silently discarded.

5. Maximum delivery period

If SkaiaCraft cannot provide the purchased entitlement within an agreed delivery time or the maximum period required by applicable law, contact SkaiaCraft Support. The purchaser will be offered the remedy required by law and the circumstances of the purchase.
