Qualifying votes build the current streak and reward balance according to the live system; check the Vote page and dashboard for the recorded state.
Allow normal delivery time, check the recorded vote and reward history, then contact Support with the site, username and approximate time if it remains missing.

The Vote page lists approved external sites and records completed votes for your linked account.
A streak measures qualifying activity under current rules. External outages, username errors and missed windows can affect it.
A vote has multiple stages: the external site confirms it, SkaiaCraft receives the callback, the account/streak/points update, and any configured Minecraft reward is delivered. One later stage can be delayed without the earlier stages being lost.
This distinction is important because repeatedly voting or redeeming does not fix a queued delivery and can create duplicate support noise.
A vote passes through multiple stages: the external vote site accepts the vote, SkaiaCraft receives a callback, the website/account records it, and the configured reward is delivered or queued. A problem at one stage does not automatically mean the others failed.
