Before purchasing

• Sign in to the account that should own the purchase.
• Verify the email.
• Link the correct Minecraft account.
• Read product permanence, limits and delivery terms.

Ranks

Supporter ranks are account-bound products reflected on the website and delivered through the store bridge. Exact perks come from the current product page and server permissions.

Orders and delivery

• Open Purchases to view orders and gifts.
• A paid order can remain queued during Minecraft delivery.
• Do not change the linked account during active delivery unless instructed.
• Use the order page for failed or partial delivery support.
• Keep the order number private except when dealing with authorised support.

Gifts, refunds and disputes

Gift status appears under Purchases. Contact Support before opening a payment dispute so the order and delivery record can be investigated.

Supporter ranks and progression fairness

Supporter ranks can provide convenience and server-supported perks, but they do not override moderation rules, economy protections, duel isolation or other systems whose fairness depends on consistent boundaries.

Exact permissions can evolve with plugins and balance decisions, so the current Store listing should remain the public authority rather than embedding an old perk snapshot forever.

• Check the current product page immediately before purchase.
• Expect home limits/utility access or silk tiers to follow live permissions.
• Do not assume a rank grants access to a command merely because an older rank once did.
• Report a missing advertised live perk through purchase/support context.

Delivery failure versus payment failure

A payment provider can successfully charge an order while the Minecraft delivery step later fails. That is not the same as an unpaid checkout and should not be solved by buying the product again.

• Open the original order.
• Check payment status separately from order/delivery status.
• Keep the linked Minecraft account stable while Support investigates.
• Use the original order number so staff can trace the exact fulfilment attempt.

Choosing a supporter rank

Choose a rank from the current product page based on the perks you will actually use. Rank descriptions can change as server permissions are balanced, so old Discord messages and screenshots are not the authority.

• Compare home limits, utility commands and silk-spawner access that matter to your play style.
• Check whether the product is permanent, temporary or otherwise limited before checkout.
• Make sure the correct Minecraft account is linked before paying.
• Do not purchase solely because another player promises an unofficial perk.

Payment versus delivery

A successful payment and a successful Minecraft delivery are separate states. Order history should be used to identify whether an order is paid, queued, delivered, partially delivered or failed.

• Do not repurchase immediately when payment succeeded but delivery is still queued.
• Avoid changing the linked Minecraft identity while a delivery is in progress.
• For gifts, verify the intended recipient before checkout.
• Use the order number when contacting Support.
