Why information can be delayed without the server being offline

The website receives some Minecraft information through periodic sync/heartbeat flows. A delayed sync can make a balance, playtime value or online state look old even while the server itself is still running normally.

The dashboard distinguishes fresh, waiting and delayed data so players do not need to guess from one stale number.

• Check the data-freshness message.
• Check the last sync time.
• Join the server if a newly linked account has never produced its first update.
• Use Support only after confirming the issue is persistent rather than a short sync delay.

What makes a useful support request

• One clear issue per request where possible.
• Exact username/account involved.
• Relevant order, vote site, quest, boss, trader or feature.
• Approximate timestamp.
• Expected result and actual result.
• Screenshots only when they add context and do not expose secrets.

Diagnosing before opening Support

• Check whether the relevant live server/menu state disagrees with the Wiki.
• Check your Dashboard for delayed Minecraft sync when the problem is website statistics.
• Check order/reward history for queued delivery when the issue is a purchase, vote or redemption.
• Use an ordinary forum question when the answer does not involve private account, payment, moderation or exploit information.

What makes a useful report

• Your Minecraft username or relevant website account context.
• The system, item, quest, boss, order or command involved.
• Approximate date/time.
• Expected result and actual result.
• Screenshots or other evidence where useful and safe to share.
