Quick answers
Use the current RTP command, menu or token flow and wait for its destination search to finish before trying again or moving into unloaded terrain.
RTP is designed to respect the configured world border and its centre; a failed safe-location search is preferable to an invalid teleport.
Check nearby claims and builds, explore the area, claim the land you actually want to keep and only then set a dependable home.
Interactive server handbook
SkaiaRTP is a safe exploration entry point designed around the configured world border and its actual centre. Use it to find new territory, then switch back to normal survival, claiming and travel planning.
Purpose
Reach valid wilderness
RTP reduces the need to manually travel huge distances from spawn.
Border
Centre-aware
Destination selection should respect the real configured world-border centre and safe margins.
Arrival
Not automatically claim-safe
Check nearby builds/claims before settling.
Best use
Start exploration
RTP gets you out there; it does not replace normal travel and survival planning.
Interactive troubleshooting
Tell the difference between safe-location rejection and an invalid RTP destination.

Random teleport is intended to move players into valid survival territory without requiring a long manual journey from spawn. It should respect the configured world and world-border rules rather than choosing arbitrary unsafe coordinates.
SkaiaRTP is designed around the actual configured world border, including its centre, so destinations remain inside valid playable space.
RTP is most useful as an entry point to exploration rather than a replacement for travel. Exploration can feed normal survival, quests and supported Skills progression where those integrations are enabled.
If RTP places you outside the border, inside an obviously invalid block state or repeatedly at the same broken destination, record the world, approximate time and result before trying to reproduce it many times.
A border described as a width is not enough to calculate valid coordinates unless the centre is also known. When the playable world is centred away from 0,0, safe RTP math has to offset every candidate around the configured border centre.
The destination search should also leave a margin so terrain checks do not succeed on a location that is technically inside the border but unsafe to use.
Safe RTP can reject candidate locations. A failed search is not automatically a bug if the system avoided unsafe terrain or invalid border positions.
